We are pleased that you may be able to join us at the Fair.
The Fair is held at Punky Hollow Farm at the Pardee Hollow Rd and Tabors Corners Rd intersection in Springwater, NY. The gates are open from 10:00am to 6:00pm on both Saturday, September 17th, 2016 and Sunday, September 18th, 2016.
If you haven’t been to the Fair before, you will want to check a map before you come. Our directions page will help you to avoid dirt roads on your way to the Fair. We recommend you print the directions page prior to leaving home.
Parking for visitors and musicians is available at the corner of Pardee Hollow and Dutch Hollow roads, about a quarter mile from the entrance gate. A bus is running all day to transport you from the parking area to the gate and back. If necessary, you may drop off passengers at the gate on Pardee Hollow Rd near to Tabors Corners Rd.
Admission for a single day is $10 at the gate. Children under ten accompanied by an adult are free. Stage musicians also enter for free.
Bring your instrument. Attendance at all workshops and jam sessions is included with the daily admission. Even if you aren’t a musician, you are welcome to enjoy the workshops.
Children are encouraged to come to the Fair and enjoy the music. They will want to stop by the Children’s Area and participate in the crafts projects. Come build an instrument and take it home with you. See the Children’s Area page for more details.
Our Fair is presented by an all‐volunteer not‐for‐profit group. Planning for the fair began in October and the Fair Board has been meeting regularly since. Success of the Fair will depend on volunteers who will be working ahead of Fair Day, will be helping with setup and tear-down, and critically will be helping the day of the fair. More details are available on the Volunteers page. You may use the Contact Us page to contact the board and see how you can help out.
